RxTFC Performance - Self Diagnostic Worksheet
The BDM Support Center is now offering an RxTFC Performance - Self Diagnostic Worksheet. By following through the worksheet, many performance issues can be uncovered and corrected. If the problem does not appear to be network or machine related, BDM can utilize the data collected from the worksheet to assist in problem determination.

To Unstock 1 Predefined Order from a Location ...
To Unstock 1 Predefined Order from a Location: Go to setup - orders - predefined orders. Put in the mnemonic of the predefined order. Under options - there are 2 options. Go to "stock predefined" to unstock 1 order.
Note: Selecting "unstock inventory locations" will remove all previously stocked predefined orders from the inventory locations appearing in the Selected Locations list.
We now have an alert message in the "unstock inv location" function that says ...


Warning (440) This function will remove ALL Predefined Orders from the selected inventory location(s). Please use with extreme caution.

To retain a job in RxTFC for review by support ...
To retain a job in RxTFC for review by support or to ensure it for administrator review do the following:
"Anywhere in the system you can push the buttons CTRL-ALT-SHIFT-A and a job box will appear. Enter the job id of any job you do not want purged ,push save button. You can also use this box to purge jobs prior to their normal purge date.
